The Original Navan Market is in our seventh year of operation!
Founded by owner of Country Moments Spa, Amanda Watson, The Original Navan Market is now the biggest Farmers Market in Ottawa and surrounding area. We wanted to bring something to Navan that not only supported locals, but also brought the community together and the market has truly become a pillar in the Navan and surrounding community.
The market's home is the Navan Fairgrounds at 1279 Colonial Road.
Our 2024 dates are as follows and the market will run from 10:00am - 3:00pm:
May 5th - Opening Day
June 8th - night market - 4pm - 9pm
June 23rd
July 28th
August 25th
September 22nd
October 20th - Harvest Market
November 10th - Holiday Market

We try to keep a really traditional "farmers market" feel and support local artisans, who have handmade, homegrown goods. Having a wide variety of goods to purchase, we are sure you will find something for yourself or possibly a gift for someone else!
Any food vendors who attend the market must work out of an inspected kitchen, approved by Ottawa Public Health.
Please keep in mind your safety is top priority for us. We have taken every measure possible during the pandemic to make sure that the market is a safe space to come and shop. All measures have been approved by Ottawa Public Health and Ottawa Bylaw.
