Stacey is a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist with additional certifications in chair and adaptive yoga, as well as yin and restorative yoga. Stacey is experienced in complex health challenges and has extensive training in Chronic illness, Pain Science, Musculoskeletal Anatomy and Physiology, Trauma, Mental Health and Neurological impairments, Chronic Disease, Cancer, Brain injury, Alzheimers and Dementia as well as Heart Disease. She is former lawyer who came to yoga and a change in career when her mother became incapacitated with Alzheimers. Stacey supports healing of her clients using the fundamentals of Yoga to calm the body, mind and spirit. Stacey assists her clients with practical tools permitting them to live their lives with more ease and comfort. Stacey is an animal lover and a breeder of Whippets and Brussels Griffon. She is a life long equestrian and can often be found aboard her one of her two horses-Knight Hawk and Pandamonium.
